Usage of data

The bot may store information and may use the stored information to provide its services.

The data collected from the Discord API and the data provided by users are used in accordance to the Discord Developer Terms of Service.

Stored information

The following is an exhaustive list of what information is stored:

• Information collected from the Discord API

  e.g., ID numbers and names of Discord servers, Discord server channels, Discord accounts

• Information provided by users when using the service

  e.g., preferred timezone

Data sharing and retention

Data is not shared with third parties except for the purposes of providing the service. In cases where data is shared with third parties for the purposes of providing the service, the data is shared in accordance to the Discord Developer Terms of Service.

Data is only shared with,

• Supabase — our storage service provider

• Sentry — our error tracking service provider

Data is retained only as necessary and deleted when it is no longer required for the purposes of providing the service in accordance to the Discord Developer Terms of Service.

Request removal of data

Stored data can be removed automatically using the data deletion commands of the Discord bot.

Stored data can be requested to be manually removed by contacting [email protected]. For security reasons, you will have to provide proof of ownership of the data you are requesting to be removed.
