• violate Discord's Community Guidelines

• violate the Terms of Service of any other service

• violate any applicable laws or regulations

• harm anyone or anything

• post any content that is deemed Not Safe for Work in areas where a user does not have to verify their age

• violate the personal, privacy, or intellectual property rights of others

• send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or other forms of solicitation

Don't abuse lutfen, including (but not limited to):

• spamming lutfen with requests with the intent to ratelimit, or take it down

• sending malicious requests to get lutfen blocked by Discord or any other service

• attempting to exploit any of lutfen's functionality maliciously

• automating your usage of lutfen

lutfen has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to lutfen immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use lutfen will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, lutfen, on its own behalf and on behalf of its developers, and its licensee and licensors, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to lutfen, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. The laws of Türkiye Cumhuriyeti, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms of Service and your use of lutfen. Your use of lutfen may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
